Our church is a 200-year old Georgian building in the picturesque Stockbridge area of Edinburgh, and our friendly congregation of all ages and walks of life comes together for worship every Wednesday and Sunday. We recognise that there are numerous ways to build and enrich the community in God’s name: both by spreading his word, and by bringing our skills and creativity together through the arts.
The church auditorium also functions as a music venue accommodating a wide range of concerts and events. We are Edinburgh Festival Fringe venue 317. Our hall spaces are frequently used for regular classes and meetings as well as one-off events, birthday parties and friends and family get-togethers. Please get in touch for venue hire enquiries.
We are hosting a special election event on 28th April at 7.30pm, Doing Politics Differently, where you are invited to come along to meet your prospective councillors and hear them discuss issues of local importance.
With so much going on in Stockbridge Church, we are glad to be contributing in many ways to make this unique area of Edinburgh a great place in which to live and visit. It is our task to meet the challenges of creating a vibrant community with faithful creativity and imagination.
