This TMI Friday, we are joined by Traditional Young Musician of the Year 2026, Rachel Groves. Rachel is a lever harpist and composer with roots in Scottish traditional music, with influences from jazz, global folk, and classical traditions to bring out the best in her instrument.

A Music Hub staple and former BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year - Hannah is known for her rich, emotive vocals and deep connection to Scotland’s folk traditions. Drawing inspiration from both traditional song and contemporary influences, she brings a fresh and expressive voice to the folk scene, captivating audiences with her storytelling and musical sensitivity.

Step into the roaring 1920s with Bootleg and Bourbon—our speakeasy cabaret celebration of Chicago’s golden age. Enjoy classic songs, flowing bourbon, nightclub glamour, and vintage charm, performed by chanteuse Taylor Wilson with Karen MacIver at the piano.
