EMMSInternational is working in Nepal in Palliative care to support young carers, most female, to stay in education and give them hope for the future. 

At Mulanje Mission Hospital in the shadow of the coronavirus pandemic, another crisis is unfolding. With schools closed, people out of work and economic pressure mounting, there has been a sharp rise in early pregnancies. The COVID-19 battle is far from over, but the rise in teenage pregnancy will have repercussions long after the cloud of coronavirus has passed. EMMS International is partnering with Mulanje Mission Hospital to expand its Teen Pregnancy Programme to meet this urgent and growing need. 

Our donations help to safeguard childhood, protect health and defend the future for young girls. Until Friday the donations are doubled so you are urged to give generously now. The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) uses aid to tackle the global challenges of our time including poverty and disease, mass migration, insecurity and conflict.
